Dear contestants,

to get you acquainted with the logistics of this year's edition, we have compiled a document describing the competition format and highlighting the key differences compared to the previous editions. This file also describes how your firmware will be binary patched by the competition's testbed facility, and embeds a few code examples that should guide you in the implementation of your solution.

Note that -- as for the last years -- this will be a "living" document, which will be updated in the next days with further information and clarifications to your questions.
