Additional Node Layouts and Interference Pattern

Dear contestants,

due to numerous requests, we have added two additional node layouts to each competition category (Layout 3 and 4), so that you can also test your protocols using different node configurations (keep in mind that Layout 2 is just a single-hop scenario meant for testing purposes).

We have also added one more "dynamic" interference pattern, in which the previous interference types (0-3) are varied over time across different nodes.
